Accounts Payable Officer - Immediate Start! (Ryde)

Contract role

- $35-$40 Per Hour + Superannuation
- North Ryde location / Parking onsite/ Close to metro

**Position description**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Validation of invoices via OCR tool (very high volume
- up to 200 every day)
- Assist with payment runs
- Some data capture & cleanse work
- Directing invoices to relevant cost centres
- Assisting the AP Manager with ad hoc project work

**The successful applicant should have**:

- Previous experience in an End to End Accounts Payable role
- High volume invoice processing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy
- Previously experience using OCR/Invoice scanning tool. (e.g Kofax)
- Experience using large ERP systems
