As a Construction Cadet, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, with duties including: Analysing tender documentation and liaising with subcontractors for quotations.

Utilising software like Procore for estimating purposes.

Conducting site visits as required.

Precisely measuring projects using plans, photos, and provided notes.

Maintaining consistent communication with subcontractors throughout projects.

Compiling and submitting tenders, encompassing both price and non-price information.

This is a permanent position offering invaluable career development opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Projects is advantageous.

Flexibility to attend site meetings is essential.

Fluency in English and full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
