**What You'll Be Working On**

You'll lead Freedom's accounts receivable and banking functions across ANZ, focusing on:

- Oversight of accounts receivable processes, including franchise fees, marketing levies, and wholesale rebates
- Leadership and development of two Accounts Receivable officers, unifying processes across AU and NZ
- Daily bank reconciliation, focusing on variance investigation and resolution
- Identifying banking variances & clearing these as well as investigating with retail operations and the broader business
- Debtor management and reporting
- enhance reconciliation and collection process
- Process documentation
- conducting a standard operating procedure documentation review and cross skilling within the team
- Implementation of revenue protection strategies, focusing on minimizing receivable leakage
- Re-engineer business processes to ensure results are achieved within optimal resource use.

- Proven experience leading and developing teams in accounts receivable
- Strong background in banking reconciliation and variance resolution, in retail is advantageous

- Proficient technical skills, including intermediate Excel and accounting software expertise (D365 experience is a plus)
