We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Concession **Store Manager** to drive the team based in our Macquarie Myer David Lawrence concession store on a **Part-time or Full time basis**!

We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the David Lawrence brand. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end concession store operations. Responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
