Contract role
- potential for extension/ Versatile work
$35-$40 Per Hour + Superannuation
North Ryde location / Parking onsite/ Close to metro
Position description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Validation of invoices via OCR tool (very high volume
- up to 200 every day)
Assist with payment runs
Some data capture & cleanse work
Directing invoices to relevant cost centres
Assisting the AP Manager with ad hoc project work
The successful applicant should have:
Previous experience in an End to End Accounts Payable role
High volume invoice processing experience.
Excellent communication skills, positive energy
Previously experience using OCR/Invoice scanning tool. (e.g Kofax)
Experience using large ERP systems
