**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Marketing Execution**
- Develop impactful marketing messages aligned with regional strategies

- Stay current with industry literature and regulatory/legal requirements
- **Product Portfolio Management**
- Collaborate on strategic planning and execution for our product portfolio
- **New Product Launches -** Support the successful introduction of new products to market
- **Content Development**
- Partner with product managers to create marketing and training materials
- **Sales Enablement**
- Deliver product training and competitive positioning to sales teams
- **Event Management**
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- **Competitive Analysis**
- Analyse market dynamics, product positioning, and business opportunities
**What We're Looking For**
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience, OR
- Master's degree with 1+ year of related experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred
**Essential Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Solid understanding of market share analysis, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics
- Deep knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
- Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in quick-paced environments
