Accounts Assistant (North Ryde)

We have an prospect available for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde **(Note that this is an on-site position)**.
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process and manage cancellations
- Investigate unresolved issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries

**Qualifications**
- Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Possess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environment
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily workload
