We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our office in Gladesville. This is a full time position, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and administration within the property and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing

Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Assisting with payroll and expense management

Providing general administrative support to the finance team and management

Liaising with internal teams, external accountants, and suppliers as needed

About You

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Previous experience in accounting or administration is desirable, but not essential

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a solid team player

Note: Our offices are currently located in Smithfield and will be relocating to Gladesville in September/October 2025.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
