Sales Manager Next Gen Clubs Ryde

Our Sales Managers are the ambassadors of our business and we're searching for a genuine Leader who can inspire a small team of sales consultants to influence People to improve their life styles.

The objective of this role is to lead, support and develop the membership sales team and to achieve the overall sales targets of Next Gen, Ryde.

Experience/Knowledge and Qualifications:

Proven success as a Sales Manager

Tertiary qualification in marketing desirable

Demonstrated history of leading successful sales teams

The Successful Applicant:

A comprehensive understanding of the psychology of sales

Building and managing a sales team

Implementing and monitoring sales strategies

Established understanding of marketing concepts and methods

Drive new Club memberships including Corporate memberships

Develop strategies to drive ancillary revenue for the Club, through internal member secondary spend

A hands on, motivated and passionate Sales Manager

Worked in the fitness and leisure industry or similar

Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve their best results

If you are currently a Working Holiday Maker and possess all the experience required, sponsorship would be available for the right individual.
