**About the role** “Be the reason someone smiles today”

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Cape Schanck Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can-do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

**We’re looking for**
- Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
- Opera knowledge would be an advantage
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Team player and works well under pressure
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
