**Key Responsibilities**: **As Cafe Supervisor**: **⁠ ⁠Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cafe store, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.** **⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.** **⁠ ⁠Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.**

**⁠ ⁠Manage inventory, coordinate product displays, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.**

**⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring all interactions are respectful.**

**⁠ ⁠Monitor sales performance, analyze store metrics, and report to management, offering insights for continuous improvement.**

**⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.**

**Qualifications**: **⁠ ⁠Experience in retail management, particularly within the Cafe or food industry.**

**⁠ ⁠Proven experience in customer service, particularly in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.**

**⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.**

**⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and balance the responsibilities of the cafe. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.**
