Calling All Baristas & Cafe Workers! (Rye)

We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team at Hunter Café. We’re a busy, community-focused café known for great coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming vibe. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

M Roles Available
- Baristas
- confident with coffee-making, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure while keeping quality high.
- Café All-Rounders
- helping on the floor, behind the counter, and with general service. A can-do attitude is more significant than prior experience. Free barista training for those interested in diversifying their skillset.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality (barista or front of house) is great, but not essential
- training provided for the right people.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Solid communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Reliability and ability to work weekends (we’ll work with you on rostering).
