Aged Care and Disability Support Worker (Tootgarook)

As an independent support worker, your typical day would be providing support care services to a client, this can be anything based on the requirement of the client and the agreement you have set, such as social support, respite services. You choose the clients you work with, the services you want to provide, and the hours you work. Serenity Support care manages your insurance, payroll, and possible incident situations.

As an **Aged Care Support Worker**, you will provide essential support and assistance to our elderly clients in their day-to-day activities.

**Tasks Required**:

- Personal Care Assistance (showering and grooming the client)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping
- Reporting changes in the client's condition

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
