We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team at Hunter Café. We’re a busy, community-focused café known for great coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming vibe. If you love working with people and thrive in a quick-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

M Roles Available

Baristas
- confident with coffee-making, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure while keeping quality high.

Café All-Rounders
- helping on the floor, behind the counter, and with general service. A can-do attitude is more significant than prior experience. Free barista training for those interested in diversifying their skillset.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality (barista or front of house) is excellent, but not essential
- training provided for the right people.

A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Solid communication skills and a friendly personality.

Reliability and ability to work weekends (we’ll work with you on rostering).
