Supervisor (Sorrento)

Darling Group is currently looking for a FOH Supervisor to join the team at Stringers in becoming a part of a special culture that is committed to executing exceptional experiences.

The Venue Manager oversees all aspects of the venue operations and ensures the venue is running effectively and meeting all company standards each day to include, execution of food and beverage service, guest interaction, atmosphere and cleanliness.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience in venue / restaurant supervisor position in a high-volume venue.
- Exemplary service skills
- Sophisticated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different venues and teams
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated innovative approach to identify development opportunities
- Excellent team player with a high level of motivation and drive
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening & closing shifts

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $32.00
- $46.00 per hour
