This is a rare opportunity to work alongside one of Australia’s and the world’s leading golf instructors, Peter Croker.

Based on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Croker Golf Systems is built on over 50 years of experience as both a player and coach. Peter has developed a world-class teaching philosophy that has helped golfers from passionate amateurs to elite professionals improve their performance and connection to the game.

We are now seeking a Social Media & Marketing Intern to help bring this system to a global audience through up-to-date digital platforms.

Purpose of the Role

To support the growth and global reach of Croker Golf Systems by leveraging social media and digital marketing to communicate a unique and powerful teaching philosophy.

This role is about sharing a story that matters translating decades of insight into engaging, accessible content that inspires golfers around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Capture and edit video content (on-course, coaching sessions, golf schools)
- Assist in building and managing a consistent content calendar
- Help develop and maintain the Croker Golf brand voice
- Support promotion of:

- Golf schools (local, national, and international)
- Coaching programs for amateurs and professionals
- Online learning and instructional content
- Analyse engagement and performance metrics to guide improvement
- Assist in storytelling bringing the Croker Golf System to life

About You
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media, or social media
- Passion for content creation and digital platforms
- Strong interest in golf (playing the game highly regarded)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Employment Details
- Hours: Up to 15 hours per week (flexible)
- Location: Mornington Peninsula (with a mix of on-site content creation and flexible work)
- Reporting to: Peter Croker, Managing Director
- Remuneration: In accordance with relevant award
