Assistant Store Manager Sorrento

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Seafolly Sorrento!

You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, with support from your team to foster an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

This is a part-time, permanent role (approx 4 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours during peak-season)

You will: Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management Go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand You have: Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within an Assistant Store Management, or Supervisor role Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude Have a love of team-oriented teamwork and growing with your team
