Barista/supervisor (Rye)

Casual, Permanent, Part-Time Baristas

We’re on the hunt for friendly, experienced Front of House legends and skilled Baristas to join our amazing team!

If you love great coffee, delicious brunch, and creating memorable customer experiences
- we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For: Baristas:

- 2+ years’ barista experience (latte art = bonus points!)
- Confident adjusting grinders & maintaining quality under pressure
- Fast, consistent, and friendly — even during a morning & brunch rush!
- Available 3-4 days per week, including weekends

Supervisor:

- Communication: Robust communication skills.
- Leadership: Need to motivate employees, set a good example, and built a positive work environment.
- Time management: Need to prioritize tasks and manage their own time effectively.
