**Is this role right for you?** You'll be supporting the Conference and Events Operations Manager + Food and Beverage Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of conference and events setup from start to finish ensuring the ultimate guest experience. You'll have the ability to work alongside the C&E; sales team to run the operation on the ground to lead the team in successful events set up.

**A day in the life**: You'll be delivering leadership support to the Food & Beverage team and work with other departments throughout RACV to ensure effective working relationships. You'll ensure that the Food & Beverage operation meets business requirements and delivers a high standard of customer service to RACV members, guests and visitors. You are part of contributing to the Food & Beverage business plans to continue business growth and maintain industry standards.

**We are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
- Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
- Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
- Conference and Events background is desired
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Full working rights in Australia
