Medical Receptionist 30-35hrs a Week (Capel Sound)

This is your prospect to join Advantage Medical Pty Ltd. We are a General Practice with four current locations in the Morning Peninsula & Western Port Region.

**The Role**

We are looking for a part time OR casual medical receptionist 30-35hrs a week including rotating saturdays
- someone who aligns with our core values to support our patients on a daily basis. With the support of the Practice Manager you will be an integral part of ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of our busy practice at main reception. Being the face of our company working alongside other receptionists.

Your responsibilities will vary daily, but will include:

- Meeting, greeting and registering patients
- Invoicing & receipting accounts
- Booking & confirming appointments
- Scanning and Faxing
- Supporting our General Practitioners/Nurses
- Liaising with PHI, Medicare, TAC & WorkCover

The shift hours vary based on the operation requirements of the business. Business hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 8:30am-2:00pm. We are closed public holidays and Sundays. (Rosebud)

**About You**
- **STRONG experience in a Medical Practice/ Reception **(preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Best Practice Software (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Works well within a team
- Flexibility to cover on short notice
- Flexibility to cover leave at our other sites
- You are reliable
- To be eligible you must be either an Australian citizen or possess the appropriate visa and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including 3rd dose). No agencies please._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00
- $32.50 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
