**Position: Barista/ Supervisor**

**Location: Blairgowrie, Vic**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista/Supervisor to join our team at Bonny Blairgowrie Café. As a Barista/Supervisor, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite coffee beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing café operations during shifts. From perfecting latte art to managing inventory, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our café.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Provide friendly, productive, and personalised service to customers.
- Supervise café operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Train and mentor new team members in coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment.
- Proven ability to create high-quality coffee beverages and latte art.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
