Our team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience, and we're looking for a Head Barista who shares our passion for coffee and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the barista team to ensure effective operations and exceptional service standards.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers with precision and consistency.

Train recent barista staff members on coffee preparation techniques, customer service standards, and cafe procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cafe's coffee offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe or coffee shop.

Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Barista certification or relevant training is preferred.
