We are currently seeking Casual Front of House Event Service Officers to join our team based at the St Albans Community Centre (STACC) which incorporates the Bowery Theatre. The role Reporting to the Team Leader Venue Services Officers, we are seeking Front of House
- Event Service Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:
- Box office, including ticket sales, ticket collections and ‘door lists’.
- Provide theatre ushering services including opening the theatre, checking and taking tickets, managing audience egress, checking appropriate seat allocation, communicating with show staff and managing latecomers.
- Customer service and audience management To be considered you will have:
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in customer service and office administration in an arts and/or community facility environment.
- Working knowledge of the performing arts
- Working with Children Check and Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
