We are a small family-owned poultry and game business looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team. We are looking for someone reliable, skilled with meat preparation, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

**About the Role**

You will be preparing a range of poultry and game products for sale. This includes using knives, tools, and machines to cut, trim, mince and shape meat for our customer orders.

**Key Duties**
- Remove bones, trim fat, and cut meat to required sizes
- Mince, grind, and shape products as needed
- Operate machines to mince meat
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience as a butcher poultry experience is necessary
- Positive knife and meat-handling skills
- Able to use meat-processing machines safely
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
