An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced HSE Advisor \ Coordinator to join a highly reputable precast & construction company with over 50 years of industry success. Working on a major Data Centre project in Tullamarine, you will collaborate closely with Tier 1 builders and an experienced leadership team on a landmark project.

This role is ideal for a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and is passionate about driving strong safety outcomes across large-scale projects.

About the Role:

Reporting jointly to the HSE Manager and site management team, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining site safety standards, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all project activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating safety processes across the project while working closely with subcontractors, site teams, and management to ensure secure work practices are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Toolbox Meetings and daily safety briefings Prepare and review JSAs (Job Safety Analyses) Assist with management systems and compliance procedures Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits Identify hazards and implement corrective actions Support Safety Committee meetings and ongoing safety initiatives Ensure compliance with OH&S; legislation and company policies Work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe site environment Promote a positive and proactive safety culture on site

About You Previous experience in a HSE / Safety Coordinator role within construction Solid understanding of OH&S; legislation and site safety requirements Experience working on commercial, industrial, or data centre projects highly regarded Robust communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively within rapid-paced construction teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail
