As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met. You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities
- Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes
- Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times
- Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment
- Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability. What We’re Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations
- A safety‑first mindset
- Natural leadership ability and confidence guiding a small team
- Clear communication skills and a team‑focused attitude
