A position has come available for an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at our Watergardens Site. The Roster for this position is: Saturday

- 17:00, Sunday
- 10:00
- 17:00 & Monday 09:00
- 17:00. The overall functions of this role are:
- General handy-person and trade duties
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexible approach to work To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
- Versatile handy-person skills
- Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
- Basic plumbing skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Ability to be part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Liaise with customers as required.
