As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide high-quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. - Provide personal care and daily living support in accordance with resident care plans
- Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and daily activities
- Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Follow care and infection control procedures to maintain a protected environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
