- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Providing patient counselling and clinical guidance on plant‑based therapies
- Overseeing dispensary workflow and ensuring protected, efficient operations
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Managing stock, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with TGA, AHPRA, and internal clinical protocols
- Supporting and mentoring pharmacy support staff
- Using our patient ordering portal and relevant dispensing systems Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous experience in community or clinical pharmacy
- Strong understanding of pharmacy legislation, dispensing standards, and clinical governance
- Familiarity with TGA and relevant regulatory frameworks (highly regarded) Skills & Experience
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Strong organisational and time‑management capability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
