**About The Role / Us**
If you’re someone who’s excited to grow, make an impact, and thrive in a supportive environment, we want you with us!
At **Everlend**, we’re more than just a mortgage brokerage
- we’re on a mission to empower people to make confident financial decisions.
Founded on education, innovation, and exceptional service, we’re proud to have built a dynamic, energetic, and values-driven team. From our educational **‘You Have My Interest’** podcast to our impactful **International Women’s Day charity events**, we believe in creating meaningful change
- for both our clients and the community.
We’ve been recognised in the **Top 3% of brokerages** for our aggregator, and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven **Lending Associate** to support our brokers and deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is not a passive admin role. You’ll take ownership of files, manage client communication, and work closely with brokers to keep deals moving accurately and efficiently.
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Assessing clients’ financial positions, objectives, and borrowing requirements to support tailored lending strategies
- Researching and evaluating suitable lending products and structures to meet client needs and long-term goals
- Assisting in structuring and recommending loan solutions in collaboration with brokers
- Liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and referrers to provide clear, proactive updates and guidance throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, including notes, milestones, and task management
- Identifying risks, policy issues, or servicing challenges early, and working proactively to resolve them
- Supporting brokers with financial analysis inputs, servicing assessments, and document verification
- Preparing and reviewing loan documentation, including terms, structures, and repayment considerations
- Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes, systems, and team knowledge
- Assisting across a range of lending scenarios, including residential, commercial, development, and more complex transactions, including development finance
**About You**
We're not just looking for skills
- we’re looking for **the right person**.
We’re looking for someone who aligns with our values of **integrity, growth, health, and robust relationships**.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- **Proactive**
- Spots problems before they arise and takes action
- **Self-directed**
- Takes full ownership of files and client experience
- **Accountable**
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- **Customer-focused**
- Communicates clearly and positively with clients and brokers
- **Tech-savvy**
- Is comfortable navigating CRMs and new systems
- **Eager to learn**
- Thrives in a team that values learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
Experienced? Amazing, but not paramount.
No direct experience but have solid admin skills and a drive to learn? We’ll support you to succeed.
