**About Your Current Role!**

As an Assistant Club Manager of Anytime Fitness St Kilda, YOU create the culture of the gym. You ensure that it is a welcoming environment for all and you're excited to lead your team to success. You have a genuine desire to exceed customers expectations and guide them through their health and fitness journey. You are up for a challenge, and actively work towards agreed targets and KPI's.

**What will your day/week/month look like?**
- You will create genuine relationships with existing and potential members
- You will structure your day to ensure you achieve monthly KPI's with the help of your team
- Proactively seek out and generate new leads
- Create a fun, upbeat and welcoming gym that your members will call their second home!
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Maintain the cleanliness and 5 star appearance of the club
- Adhoc administration tasks, phone calls etc
- Be present and creative on our social media platforms!
- Competent at using social media to drive the clubs exposure
- Demonstrate true leadership and can work under limited supervision
- Management and sales experience, decision making abilities
- Willingness to learn and tackle obstacles with a solutions based approach
- Natural leader and enjoy guiding a team to success
- A bright and positive personality

**Other Key Requirements To Be Successful For This Role**:

- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police clearance
- Working with Children clearance
