Digital Designer (St Kilda)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Designer to support us with the creation of a range of assets, for use across our marketing and client platforms..

In this role, you’ll work closely with our UX/UI Designer and CX team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing point-of-sale assets such as displays, banners, window decals and media walls.
- Editing basic video and photography content.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to produce engaging visual content.
- Ensure visual consistency across all creative assets, reinforcing brand identity.
- Organise and maintain visual asset libraries and maintenance of our brand guidelines
- Consistently monitor existing visual assets and think of where improvements could be made.
- Stay informed on competitor creatives, industry trends, and best practices, contributing to a dynamic and innovative design process.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design expertise.
- Relevant degree in graphics, digital or UI design.
- Experience in brand strategy.
- Experience using Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Strong communication skills, articulating ideas and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (e.g., CRMs, analytics tools).
- Skills in animation or illustration to push creative boundaries.
- Experience with responsive design.

You’ll earn brownie points if you have:

- Expertise with Webflow design
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
- Experience working in the SaaS or marketing agency industry
