- Immediate start from design development through to all phases of running projects to completion. These include:

- Luxury townhouses
- Apartment developments
- Other projects coming up We need someone who understands the intricacies of the process in putting together a high end and well thought out statement design residential project. Is this you? Desired Skills and Experience We need someone that can offer:
- Experienced in overseeing a project through all stages from the design phase to contract admin
- Leadership skills in directing project teams
- Experienced in working with clients, consultants, authorities and builders
- Focused on a high level of quality design driven detailing
- A high level of skill in Revit working on various high end residential projects
- 4 years local experience in the industry
- High level of design skills
- High level of Australian construction knowledge
- Australian planning knowledge
- Advanced organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Initiative
