- and we're looking for a Head Chef who's ready to make it unforgettable. This isn't just a kitchen role. You'll lead our flagship seafood opening while playing a key part in overseeing operations across our beloved venues
- Meatworks Co in South Melbourne and Pino Pinelli in Collingwood. It's a big role for someone with big ambitions.

What we're looking for: Proven experience working with seafood (this is non-negotiable) A genuine passion for food and the people behind it A hard-working, honest approach
- no egos, just excellent food Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team Someone who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a busy kitchen
