As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday. About The Role: With a can-do attitude, solid work ethic and willingness to learn, this is an exciting opportunity for an early career or experienced Pharmacy Assistant to discover this exciting industry. You will be part of our incredible team that ensures plant medications are dispensed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner. In the role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Administrative support for pharmacists
- Communicating with patients regarding their order status and answering order queries
- Building relationships with customers to provide a professional and caring experience
- Liaising with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Work in cooperation with Pharmacists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications
- Dispensary inventory control and stock movement into and within the pharmacy About You:
- Prior experience in pharmacy an advantage
- Knowledge of medicinal cannabis highly regarded but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- the ability to understand and follow our dispensing procedures and to adapt as we grow
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills
- Medicinal Cannabis experience is highly desired but not essential
