Description
Overview A performance specialist with experience across digital implementation in an agency environment across Search, Social and other channels with an emphasis on growing search accounts and online sign ups. You need to be proficient at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy. As such, you will need to manage and develop holistic digital services and strategy with excellent project management skills and be able to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management. You need to have the ability to prioritise multiple requests whilst driving inter‑agency collaboration to achieve maximum results for your client and from your team and the ability to think and act strategically and when required out of the box. This fast‑paced role with a growth‑minded client means you can offer and speak your mind and push each channel to its full potential.

What will your day to day look like?

You will lead planning work across the client, and develop the strategic direction into channel recommendations, tactics and solutions to deliver to business goals

Identifies opportunities for business growth and cross‑departmental revenue growth within the agency

Drives an agenda of inter‑agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results

Prepares media plan options, analyses, and recommendations based on strategic direction provided

Implement plan and maintain budget control throughout the entire process

Monitors and enhances the teams efficiency and productivity

Manages the allocation of resources within the direct team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner

You are the first point of escalation for any issues that might arise on the accounts within your portfolio

Optimises performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, retargeting and affiliates

Utilises internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpoints

Examines the full view of our client’s businesses including sales, merchandising, marketing and operations to provide data‑driven insights on performance for relevant teams

Ensures the team has an understanding of the role of all media channels in delivering on client objectives.

Develops the teams in‑depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings

Develops a team vision and culture to inspire results‑driven, innovative, proactive mentality

Helps drive Stratalytics and Analytic training for the Manager/Executive and broader team to upskill and roll out best practice

Coaches, mentors and develops your Manager/Exec in the art of Performance, Stratalytics, Analytics&Business Skills

You will provide coaching and leadership your team and develop and train your direct reports so they can continue in their career progression with regular check ins on their wellbeing, development and to assess performance against #GROW goals.

What will set you up for success?

Proven relevant experience in a similar role

First‑rate communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience evaluating data, developing and delivering reports and credible insights to internal and external stakeholders

Proficient and an expert in Paid Search and Social (Programmatic is an advantage)

You will have excellent analytical skills as well as advanced knowledge of systems and industry tools—Google Analytics and Adwords (Certified), Facebook Business Manager&SA360, DV360, TTD

You will have a high attention to detail, with excellent communication, project, time management and organisation skills, process orientated with an ability to work effectively to multiple deadlines.

Established experience managing and nurturing a team.
