Senior EIC Engineer– Power&Critical Infra, City of Port Phillip

Their projects span sectors such as data centres, hospitals, defence, commercial and industrial infrastructure, delivering end-to-end solutions from engineering and controls integration through to commissioning and energisation.

The Position: As the Lead Engineer EIC, you will act as the technical authority across complex projects, supporting design, delivery, commissioning and engineering governance across the business. This is a hands-on senior engineering role combining technical leadership, project delivery and mentoring, with involvement across the full lifecycle of critical infrastructure and power generation projects.

Duties include: Lead EIC engineering delivery across complex power generation and critical infrastructure projects from design through to commissioning and energisation Provide technical oversight across electrical systems, PLC/SCADA integration, protection systems, FAT/SAT and troubleshooting activitiesMentor engineers and drive engineering standards, quality, compliance and successful project delivery across multidisciplinary teams

Skills&experience required: Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with strong experience across EIC design, delivery and commissioning within power generation or critical infrastructure environments Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV systems, generators, protection, PLC/SCADA integration and industrial communicationsProven experience delivering complex projects across the full lifecycle, with strong stakeholder engagement and understanding of Australian Standards/compliance requirements
