As Head of Insurer Relations, you will lead Clear21's strategic insurer relationships. This is a relationship-led, executive-facing role focused on deepening engagement with our insurer partners and identifying growth opportunities across our full solutions portfolio. You will work closely with the CCO, our National Sales Managers and our Product Managers.What you will do
Build and own executive-level relationships with key insurer partners and major contract assessing organisations. Develop strategic account plans that surface portfolio-wide growth opportunities. Partner with each NSM to convert insurer relationships into commercial outcomes. Be the senior trusted advisor for insurer stakeholders.Bring strategic insurer insight into the Product roadmap. Senior insurer-facing experience in collision repair, SaaS, consulting or insurance. Proven success building and growing strategic relationships at executive level. Deep understanding of the insurance industry and its priorities. Excellent commercial judgement, communication and influence. Why Clear21?
You will join a values-driven, fast-moving Commercial team where insurer relationships are taken seriously. You will have the autonomy to shape, the support to succeed and the products to make a real difference. This is a hybrid schedule position with 3 days per week on-site at our Mulgrave office.
