We are expanding our Water Infrastructure team in Melbourne. The group delivers services on water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, and defence projects.

How you’ll make a difference

Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and network upgrades.

Drive projects from concept through to delivery, through planning, detailed design, and construction support.

Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, compliant design solutions.

Review and oversee engineering outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with standards.

Mentor junior engineers and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant tertiary qualifications.

Proven experience in water and wastewater conveyance design, including pipelines, pump stations, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to lead or coordinate design packages, managing deliverables and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Experience working in a consulting environment with clear communication skills and confidence in technical discussions.

Proven capability to review and verify engineering outputs, ensuring alignment with relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.

Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and various stakeholders.
