We’re looking for an enthusiastic New Graduate Dentist to join our friendly and supportive team at Tankard Family Dental in 2027 . About Us Tankard Family Dental is a well‑established, family‑focused practice located in Swan Hill, a vibrant regional community in north‑west Victoria.

Known for its relaxed pace of life and strong community feel, Swan Hill offers a great balance of work and lifestyle, with plenty of local events, outdoor activities, and sporting opportunities throughout the year.

Our practice continues to grow, supported by a loyal patient base and increasing demand from the local community and surrounding areas.

With 6 well‑equipped surgeries, our clinic features modern technology including OPG, CEREC, Primescan, intraoral cameras, in‑chair whitening, and a full implant setup, providing an excellent environment for learning and development.

About the Role As a new graduate, you’ll be supported by an experienced team of dentists, oral health therapist and hygienist who are committed to helping you build confidence and develop your clinical skills.

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of dentistry, including general, restorative, cosmetic, crown and bridge, implants, and oral surgery, with guidance and support as you progress.

You’ll be encouraged to explore your areas of interest and continue developing your skills through further education and hands‑on experience.

Flexible working arrangements are available, with strong support from experienced Dental Assistants and reception staff to ensure your day runs efficiently and smoothly.
