We are seeking a
Senior Payroll Specialist
who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in an autonomous environment. You won’t just process pay; you will own your portfolio, partner with the business, and drive the continuous improvement of our payroll ecosystem. What You Will Do: Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of AU and NZ pay runs. Your day-to-day includes:End-to-End Excellence:
Managing full-cycle payroll in line with EAs, statutory requirements, and SLAs. System Integrity:
Serving as the go-to expert for system testing, releases, and enhancements. Legislative Expertise:
Interpreting complex industrial instruments and legislative changes across ANZ. Strategic Reporting:
Delivering data that drives business decisions and ensures audit compliance. Mentoring:
Mentoring team members and documenting robust, efficient processes. What We Are Looking For : Experience:
Proven success in end-to-end payroll for medium-to-large ANZ organisations. Knowledge:
Deep understanding of NZ and AU Pay/Leave legislation and industrial agreements. Tech Savvy:
Strong Excel skills;
SAP Payroll
experience is highly regarded. Communication:
The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence. Attributes:
