**Customer Service Consultant**

Multiple Customer Service Consultants are needed for full-time permanent positions!

**Your new company** Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large, well-known organisation to join their rapidly growing team. You will be required to work full-time hours between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays between 9am and 2pm.

Latrobe Valley is surrounded by vibrant towns, peaceful villages, tranquil national parks, picturesque rail trails, and more!

This role of Customer Service Consultant will be to provide a range of professional and effective customer services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
- Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict
- Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
