Part-time permanent role (0.6FTE), based in Sale

Assistant Manager (part‑time permanent, 0.6FTE) positioned in Sale. Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include supporting the Centre Manager with day‑to‑day leadership and operations, ensuring services are delivered effectively and align with organisational and funding requirements. You will oversee service delivery, support staff performance and development, and contribute to a high standard of integrated, youth‑focused care. You will also work collaboratively with key stakeholders, support administrative and operational functions, and contribute to policy and tender development.

This role is located in Sale and involves working three days per week with a Tuesday evening shift. The base salary range is $125,901–$129,450 (pro‑rata) per annum.

About you

Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, psychology, social work, social science, or related fields.

Several years of experience in a leadership or management role within multidisciplinary or community services.

Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with problem‑solving ability and an understanding of the Australian mental health and primary care system.

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
