Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as Manager of our Butchers Shop in Sale VIC. In this position, you will play a vital role in our locally owned and operated butcher shop, and provide excellent customer service to our valued retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including display counters, equipment, and work areas

Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting customers in selecting the right cuts of meat.

Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance tasks are upheld to high standards of hygiene and safety

Be responsible for the management and fulfilment of wholesale orders

Be responsible for the ordering and handling of quality products

Collaborate on weekly specials, recent products, marketing and current business initiatives

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
