**Your responsibilities will include**: **Ready to lead one of the most dynamic and high-impact programs in the aerospace and defence industry?** Lockheed Martin is seeking a driven, experienced, and visionary Program Manager to take charge of the AIR5428-1 Pilot Training System (PTS) Program. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, shaping, and driving the future of pilot training systems for the next generation of aviators.

**Your primary responsibilities**: You will oversee the AIR5428-1 PTS Program across a variety of internal Lockheed Martin business areas and functions, working closely with industry partners, and external stakeholders. Your leadership will maintain the program’s reputation for being the ‘best for capability’ exemplar.

Guide and mentor Program Managers, and the PTS leadership team. Share your expertise and cultivate an environment of growth and excellence. Strengthen and improve relationships with Team 21 partners, especially focusing on strengthening collaboration with Pilatus, the PC-21 platform Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and primary subcontractor. You'll lead the charge in defining a definitive path forward for the PTS Program's capability.

Drive PTS program services organisational maturation, ensuring continuous improvement and ensuring all aspects of the program are ‘Kept Sold’ through strategic growth initiatives. Define and develop cutting-edge training models, including an evolved Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) model and a Training Management System solution set as part of the broader Keep Sold and Growth Plan.

**About you**: **To be successful you will ideally have experience in**:

- ** Program Management**: Proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs, especially in the aerospace, defence, or high-tech industries. Ability to oversee large-scale projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- ** Aerospace Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and regulatory frameworks within aerospace and defence, with a strong understanding of both the technological and business aspects of the industry.
- ** Systems Engineering and Integration**:Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, integration, and testing. Understanding of how complex systems and subsystems integrate into a cohesive training solution.
- ** Pilot Training Systems**:Deep understanding of pilot training systems, technologies, and solutions, particularly in the context of military or defence training programs. Experience working with advanced training solutions, including integrated learning environments and training management systems.
