This role suits an educator who enjoys being actively involved in children’s learning, contributing ideas and building solid connections within their room and across the centre.

What your role looks like

Supporting children’s learning through play, routine and exploration

Working closely with your room team to plan and reflect on practice

Creating calm, engaging and inclusive learning spaces

Contributing to observations and learning documentation

Partnering with families through daily communication

Following safety, safeguarding and quality standards

What you’ll bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Practical experience in an early learning setting preferred

A steady, positive and team-minded approach

Confidence contributing to routines and room organisation

Clear communication and willingness to learn

Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Child safety and safeguarding
