Overview

The Consultant Nuclear Medicine Physician will help provide the highest quality of care possible. The ideal candidate will be board certified in nuclear medicine and have experience working with a variety of patients.

Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures.

Interpret images and provide consultation to referring physicians.

Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction with compassionate care.

Manage inpatient patients under the General Medicine team as part of the on‑call physician roster.

Participate in the on‑call roster and collaborate across general medicine and nuclear medicine responsibilities.

Qualifications

Board certified in nuclear medicine.

Experience working with a variety of patients.

Willingness to participate in an on‑call roster.

Eligibility for Fellowship with the Australian and Recent Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.

Location

Only 2 hours drive from Melbourne CBD, in the Gippsland region.
