**The Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Coordinator who thrives on getting things done. This is a fast-paced role supporting day-to-day digital operations across multiple platforms, projects and teams. You’ll manage a wide range of digital tasks at the same time, work to tight timelines, and keep deliverables moving. Success in this role comes from strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain websites and Shopify stores, including content and asset changes
- Create, edit and modify brand assets using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Develop and adapt content for social media and other digital channels
- Manage digital and administrative tasks across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate and prioritise work across sales and marketing, ensuring progress and alignment
- Deliver high-volume tasks accurately while working to tight deadlines with flexibility and speed

**About You**
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (essential)
- Comfortable making basic changes in WordPress
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Fast, flexible, and able to adapt quickly
- Focused on execution, helping others and refining current skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work through task lists independently
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Basic video editing skills are a bonus but not required

This is a doing role for someone who enjoys variety, performs well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and on time.
