Service Advisor & Coordinator - Parafield SA

Here at Inspirations Paint Parafield, we are a family-owned business that promotes a supportive and dynamic work environment, and we currently have 1 x Part time Service Advisor & Administrator new position available. Our Service Spray Centre was created in 2020 and due to its’ ongoing growth in our industry, we have a new opportunity available in the Spray Centre, being a Service Advisor & Coordinator position to support the day-to-day operations of our Spray Centre. This role is ideal for someone returning or new to the workforce, with flexible working hours available (e.g. 9:00am – 2:00pm). You will join a close-knit team who values communication and building long term relationships with each other, suppliers as well as our customer base. Reporting to the Spray Centre Manager, you will work closely with technicians, customers and suppliers. As a Service Advisor & Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require maintenance or repairs for their spray equipment. Your role will involve coordinating service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, addressing customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
