**Position: Disability Support Worker**

As a **Disability Support Worker**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients in the Shepparton area. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Assisting clients in accessing the community and participating in social activities.
- Implementing individualized care plans and promoting independence.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS worker clearance (essential).
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Childrens check
- NDIS orientation module
- 100 Points ID
- Australian working rights.
- Any Relevant qualifications.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work in the Shepperton area.

**Salary**: $32.77
- $84.61 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 38 per week
